Article I - Definitions
SEC. I. ADVERTISEMENT, THE DEFINITION OF
A notice or announcement in a public medium; including but not limited to; promoting a product, service, or event or publicizing a job vacancy. An advertisement can be transmitted via electronic, physical, or verbal source.
SEC. II. PUBLIC NOTICE, THE DEFINITION OF
A notice in a public medium; including but not limited to; the act of promoting a message. An notice can be transmitted via electronic, physical, or verbal source.
Article II - Advertisement Restrictions
SEC. I. PROMOTING/INCITING A(N) RIOT/PANIC/ACT OF TERRORISM
The use of an 'Advertisement' to promote or incite a riot, mass-panic, or an act of terrorism, is strictly prohibited under this clause.
SEC. II. PROMOTING THE SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF ILLEGAL FIREARMS AND/OR ILLEGAL NARCOTICS
The use of an 'Advertisement' to promote the sale or distribution of Illegal Firearms and/or Illegal Narcotics is strictly prohibited under this clause.
SEC. III. PROMOTING ACTS OF VIOLENCE
The use of an 'Advertisement' to promote acts of violence, or infliction of harm against another, is strictly prohibited under this clause.
Article III - Public Notice Restrictions
SEC. I. PROMOTING/INCITING A(N) RIOT/PANIC/ACT OF TERRORISM
The use of a 'Public Notice' to promote or incite a riot, mass-panic, or an act of terrorism, is strictly prohibited under this clause.
SEC. II. PROMOTING THE SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF ILLEGAL FIREARMS AND/OR ILLEGAL NARCOTICS
The use of a 'Public Notice' to promote the sale or distribution of Illegal Firearms and/or Illegal Narcotics is strictly prohibited under this clause.
SEC. III. PROMOTING ACTS OF VIOLENCE
The use of a 'Public Notice' to promote acts of violence, or infliction of harm against another, is strictly prohibited under this clause.
Article IV - Enforcement and Charges
SEC. I. LAW ENFORCEMENT
The violation of this policy by anyone shall result in an investigation and the arrest of accused person from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The only body of law enforcement which can arrest and charge said individuals with this crime is the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
SEC. II. CHARGES
If an individual does happen to violate the APN Act in a significant way, the accused person is to be charged with "APN Violation", which results in jail time. If an individual insignificantly violates the APN act, the following is to be followed:

Code of Laws wrote:3-3-11 APN Violation ($1,000 - $100,000)
Placing an advertisement that insignificantly violates the Advertisement and Public Notices Act.
