PREFACE
To establish firearm regulations, their usage, and to formally establish “The Firearms Regulations (TFR) Act”

SEC. I. DEFINITIONS
Self Defense - Using a firearm to protect yourself, or another member of the general public when in imminent danger.

SEC. II. LEGAL FIREARMS
The following firearms are considered to be legal and may be carried and concealed when in public;
The 9 Millimeter handgun
Pump-Action Shotgun

SUB-SEC. I. COUNTRY SIDE AND HUNTING
The following firearms are considered to be legal when outside of city-limits for hunting and self defense purposes, they may be carried and concealed;
Country Rifle

SEC. III. ILLEGAL FIREARMS
Any firearm that is not pursuant with Section II of this act is deemed illegal.

SEC. IV. EXCEPTION TO SEC. III.
If a person is one of the following they are exempt from Section III;
Law Enforcement Officers
Correctional Officers
The President (Desert Eagle only)
The Vice President (Desert Eagle only)
The White House Chief of Staff (Desert Eagle only)
Executive Office Security
Judicial Branch Security

SUB-SEC. I. LAW ENFORCEMENT
Law Enforcement shall only be exempt when on duty, law enforcement shall only be able to carry a Desert Eagle when off duty.

SEC. V. PRIVATE SECTOR CONTRACTS
The Executive Branch may grant permits to organisations within the Private Sector.
Permits may be reversed by the a simple-majority of the Supreme Court after a trial.

SEC. VI. PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY
This act makes the following firearms legal;
9 millimeters
Pump-action Shotgun
County rifles are legal when outside of city-limits.
The Executive Branch may grants permits to organisations within the Private Sector.
Law Enforcement Officer may carry Desert Eagles when off-duty.
